Price

All our prices are in Euros. The Botanic Garden can modify the prices at any time. Delivery costs are not included in the price and must paid in addition.

Delivery

Orders are sent in the ordinary mail and labelled "books". For customers who wish, we also send books by priority mail, thought the costs are of course more. The garden cannot be made responsible for loss or damage of goods during transport; however the customer can be insured for this.

Returns

The garden only takes back books in case of printing errors such as either missing or wrongly bound pages. We can however exchange goods.

Payment

After you have submitted your order, you will receive an invoice. The order will be sent immediatly after the invoice has been paid. You can pay by means of direct bank transfer. We accept also Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express. Cheques are not accepted. For security reasons we ask you to forward your credit card number only by fax. The garden is not responsible for the theft of personal details sent by means of the Internet.

Privacy

Customers has the right to see their personal we keep in accordance with data protection law. Personal data is never passed on to third parties.
